The LA County Office of Education (LACOE) Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program is a federally funded workforce development program for in-school youth. Our team is comprised of a small group of dedicated individuals specialized in the art of working with disconnected youth. For the past 13 years we have assisted youth in the difficult transition from childhood to young adulthood thru one-on-one mentorship, soft-skills training, work readiness skills development, work experience, job placement, and much more.
